This is an ARTICLE III COURT OF RECORD

The activity began by the EIGHTH CIRCUIT "Clerk of the Court" Michael Gans notifying me that he had issued an "ORDER" to the lower (U.S. District Court) court clerk (Matthew Thelen) for all of the documents from that U.S. District Court to be electronically transferred to the Court of Appeals. At the same time, the COA ckerk Michael Gans also notified me that he had already received all documents from the lower court and (in spite of what the FEDERAL RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURES states about my having 40 days (from the date of notification of the COA having the lower court files) to file my "APPEAL BRIEF" and other documents, that I need not file anything but instead simply wait for the EIGHTH CIRCUIT to tell me whatever comes next.

My filings in the EIGHTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS are listed below as a cover letter, a PROOF OF SERVICE, and my BRIEF ON CLAIM AND APPEAL.

Note that my COA "Brief" explains right away that this case dismissed by the judicial usurper, ("Senior Judge") Lawrence Piersol, establishes how this case against U_HAUL INTERNATIONAL, et alia became "INEXTRICABLY INTERTWINED" with my other case against the UNITED STATES and the STATE OF MICHIGAN, et alia, by the Seditious and Treasonous acts of two "federal" judges operating at the lower U.S. DISTRICT COURT (Roberto Lange and Lawrence Piersol) and their "Clerk of the Court" Matthew Thelen. The "TRIBUNAL" of "judges" Raymond Gruender, Duane Benton, and Ralph Erickson of the EIGHTH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS summarily dismissed the entirety of my case while significantly appearing to have completely disregarded the entirety of my "CLAIM AND APPEAL" filing. In doing so, they appeared to UNLAWFULLY have "reviewed" the ""original file of the USDC" instead; while also completely disregarding the challenging efforts of a sovereign American man recently rendered a "totally and permanently disabled quad-amputee".

Subsequently to my receiving the "fraudulent 2nd level dismissal" by the EIGHTH CIRCUIT "judges" of the EIGHTH CIRCUIT -- being all three members of the "FEDERAL JUDGES ASSOCIATION", which is a member itself of the "foreign entity" of the UNITED NATIONS' and its "INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF JUDGES" following a different "CONSTITUTION" and providing very different "rights" to judges otherwise bound by the terms of ARTICLE III of the U.S. CONSTITUTION -- I filed this PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI with the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES (SCOTUS) and other documents as shown at the following link:

A month after dismissing my case (on 11/3/21), the EIGHTH CIRCUIT "CLERK" sent me two emails - one at 7:19am and the other at 10:03am - both stating that some form of "MANDATE" had been issued by the eighth circuit COA; however I was not provided adequate information about the content of this so-called "mandate" or to what it related in this "Schied v. U-HAUL INTERNATIONAL" case. Interestingly, the file linked to each of the emails downloaded as a PDF file but would not save without being corrupted so that it would fail to reopen with ADOBE READER. Therefore, I had nothing but this corrupted file as delivered to me by this corrupt CONTINUING FINANCIAL CRIMES ENTERPRISE calling itself as the "8TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS". Since I could see the "MANDATE" document in my Internet browser, the only way that I could capture the image of this file so to enable reopening in ADOBE READER, was through screen shots assembled together in an image editing program (Photoshop). Here is the resulting image that I thus captured for these two identical 11/03/21 "MANDATE[s]", which CAN be reopened with ADOBE READER.

Then again, equally as strangely, I got another two - very similar - emails from the EIGHTH CIRCUIT "CLERK" dated 12/3/21. These two emails - one sent at 8:06am and the other sent at 9:01am - also state that some kind of "MANDATE" was issued by the EIGHTH CIRCUIT COA; however, these mandates related to the inextricably intertwined case of "David Schied v. UNITED STATES, et al" instead. Again, the downloadable document provided by link in this email, was a corrupted PDF file that fails to reopen in ADOBE READER after being saved, as shown HERE. So again, the only way to capture the image for what appeared in my browser, was to import screen shots into Photoshop to assemble together. Here is the so-called "MANDATE" issued by the EIGHTH CIRCUIT COA on 12/3/21, which CAN be saved and reopened in ADOBE READER.

MOST IMPORTANTLY throughout all of this activity is the FACT that nothing coming back out of the EIGHTH CIRCUIT COA addressed even the "thought" of reading or addressing my "BRIEF ON CLAIM AND APPEAL" as shown to have been properly filed above according to the FEDERAL RULES OF APPELLATE PROCEDURE. Therefore, I did a search of the INTERNET in mid-DECEMBER and found a public website containing the DOCKET RECORDS for these two cases; only to discover that my significant filings of "WRIT OF CORAM NOBIS AND DEFAULT JUDGMENT" at the lower DISTRICT COURT (clerked by Matthew Thelen) and my "BRIEF ON CLAIM AND APPEAL" at the EIGHTH CIRCUIT were never properly filed as a matter of RECORD in each of these "courts"; thus, proving a "conspiracy to obstruct justice" and to DEFRAUD the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES if "WRIT OF CERTIORARI" is issued for review of the "official" court records for each of these two cases.

I next took the corruption about this U-HAUL INTERNATIONAL case to the SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES ("SCOTUS"), but not before completing a research project into the "How and Why the Courts of America Got So Corrupt"
