1) I, David Schied, filed my first "federal case" through an "family practice" and "divorce specialist" attorney (Daryl Salisbury) who, by 2006: had witnessed the previous year of injustice taking place against me by the STATE OF MICHIGAN as it was actively protecting proven CRIMES being committed against me by two different school district SUPERINTENDENTS (a bigoted, "Critical Race Theory" and "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion" practitioner by the name of "Dr." Sandra Harris who went from LINCOLN CONSOLIDATED SCHOOLS, to OAK PARK SCHOOLS to CONCORDIA UNIVERSITY in Ann Arbor) and Dr. Leonard Rezmierski at the NORTHVILLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS) and the former MICHIGAN GOVERNOR (Jennifer Granholm, being since 2021 the "perpetually corrupt" ENERGY SECRETARY appointed by "President" Joe Biden for the BIDEN ADMINISTRATION).

2) I took the APPEAL of the above federal case to the "COURT OF APPEALS" SIXTH CIRCUIT myself, after my attorney and I both witnessed the high level of corruption coming from the MICHIGAN ATTORNEY GENERAL (Mike Cox and his "Assistant AGs") lying about the FACTS of the case on behalf of co-conspirator, Jennifer Granholm and the attorneys for the two school district superintendents (Leonard Rezmierski, and Sandra Harris, who had then been fleeing her "permanent" position at LINCOLN SCHOOLS to further her "abuses of power" at the OAK PARK SCHOOLS where she subsequent was "retired" about the same year Rezmierski "retired" from the NORTHVILLE SCHOOLS).

At the SIXTH CIRCUIT, I found an even higher level of "conspiracy to corruption" when demanding access to a criminal "FEDERAL SPECIAL GRAND JURY" of the sovereign People to review my evidence against these corrupt STATE-level criminal "RICO" crime syndicate members. In denying my rightful "access" to the Grand Jury, the SIXTH CIRCUIT "tribunal of "federal judges" determined that I otherwise should "have no interest in the prosecution or non-prosecution" of another person, in spite of CRIME VICTIMS RIGHTS constitutional STATE guarantees and CONGRESSIONAL legislation. Therefore, IN 2008, I filed a separate "federal" case against these three "judges" Martha Daughtrey, David McKeague, and Gregory Van Tatenhove; as well as against numerous "principals and agents" of the FBI (Andrew Arena and Rod Charles) the U.S. ATTORNEYS (Stephen Murphy and Terrence Berg), and the USDOJ (Shanetta Cutlar and Marie O'Rourke) ... for their BREACH OF DUTIES and CONSPIRACY TO CORRUPTION The thoroughly corrupt (and now deceased) "federal judge" of that case was named Lawrence Zatkoff.
