The federal trio of the IRS, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the United States District Court are taking America down the tubes!

SINCE THE MIDDLE OF 2003 the federal government has been purportedly engaged in an intense effort to suppress the liberating truth about the "income" tax uniquely revealed in Cracking the Code- The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America (CtC).

In the dozen years that the book has been selling, the state has quickly recognized that if that book gets into enough hands, the information in it will be fatal to what has already been a refunding the proceeds of thousands of people's labor, to which the political elite have otherwise grown very comfortably accustomed, Thus, the state has spared no effort and found no level of corruption too shameful to embrace in this project - all while continuously acknowledging the truth revealed in the book by steadily returning all withheld property to Americans across the country for the same number of years.

It is difficult to document the level of egregiousness of the federal government, being the IRS, federal prosecutors from Washington, DC and in the Eastern District of Michigan, and the federal judges employed in that region of Michigan. Nevertheless, the website of Peter Hendrickson, the author of "Cracking the Code", at www.losthorizons.com contains a sea of information on what culminated in numerous forms of bullying, harassment and an unlawful conspiracy to prosecute Peter and Doreen Hendrickson so to force the book out of print.

The subject of this story is the WAY in which the by the federal trio of the IRS, the U.S. Department of Justice, and the United States District Court accomplished its mission to prosecute an everyday housewife and mother for "contempt of court" on an unlawful order issued by a judge instructing Doreen Hendrickson to sign a testimonial Affidavit stating that the government figures descriptive of her "income" were true to the best of her belief. To be sure, this was a First Amendment issue of the government telling a natural citizen how and what to believe. The story is about the numerous means by which the federal government conducted their fraud to railroad a jury so to accomplish their conviction. Nevertheless, it has not deterred sales of "Cracking the Code," which has otherwise been selling like hotcakes, and with purportedly many thousands of people getting full returns of THEIR money, including Medicare and Social Security raked in by the federal government.

This is an appeal to the "Court of Public Opinion" to judge for yourself these wrongdoings by government, and to step up in taking appropriate action to organizing our own grand juries under common law for the purpose of indicting those accused of injustices such as these.
