Upon filing my case documents, SOMEONE at this so-called "federal court" SEALED the entire case (without any apparent "Order" or other RECORD of who, when, or why this was done). While it was apparent that this had SCANNED in some documents and entered my files separately into the DOCKET RECORD, the Clerk only sent me the "Cover Page(s)" for the date-stamped documents. Moreover, the "order of document filing" differed from the order in which I had otherwise submitted them to the court for filing and had them listed in my "[Original"] Proof of Service". Surprisingly, the "Clerk of the Court" had committed FRAUD UPON THE COURT by filing my three personal ("cover") letters to the Clerk as "SEPARATE NUMBERED FILINGS" when this action was neither my intent nor part of any normal filing "pattern of practice". Normally, instructional cover letters to the Clerk from attorneys and other filers to the STATE and UNITED STATES courts are NEVER added as actual numbered filings, since they have nothing "judicially relevant" to do with the case itself; but instead only instruct the clerk as to the administrative intent of the filer in request to be provided the return of date-stamped copies. This is FRAUD by the "Clerk of the Court" Matthew Thelen and his fellow agents acting on behalf of my opponent, the "UNITED STATES". I also had some problems with the "DOCKET SHEET" itself, sent to me with bogus information inserted into the header for this case record (as if done so ON MY BEHALF) that was NEVER INTENDED by me, and in fact, MISREPRESENTED my original filing intentions.
